For some reason im having trouble connecting my new razr v3c to my pc, i think its because my friend gave me an older version of phones tools that wont work with my new verizon v3c. any ideas??
Ok i found version 3.23, and it still does not detect my phone during the phone setup stage. Ive re-booted my computer and also took the battery out of my phone to reset it, and it still will not work. it will ask if i want to install it manually but i cant figure out how to do that either because it takes me to a device config screen and tells me to select a device, but their is nothing to select??? . Im stuck.
