Anyone know how to tell if a 45rpm record is a Master or not?

I bought a whole bunch of records (about 100) and they all say not fore sale for promotional use or demo or audition record., But 4 of them have in the inner ring something that says mastered by Capital. Does that mean that they are master copies? Also have some WB Records not for sale on label 45s that say Masterfonics on the inner ring as well. any help would be appreciated.

Edit:Also, does anyone know what the numbers and letters in the inner rings of all 100 of these disks mean?

no they are not masters. a record that says "mastered by whatever" just means that the album has been recorded and enhanced, or mastered, by that company. the numbers are probably a file system, as it sounds like the records came from a radio station.
