can anyone recommend and where to buy a good/cheap scart video sender and that will work with sv4usb and proper v**gin stb. i have read some only work on satelite systems. thanks in advance.
Installed one for a mate recentley. Your right some won't work with stb's but most will. I think the one I set up for her on her PVR was made by All-in-one that I got from Power City which is in Ireland here but curry's, dixon's etc. do them over there and it says on the packaging whether it will do stb's or not. If it doesn't it will clearly say. It cost me 70 euro but should be cheap enough there. Very easy to set up. Hope this helps somewhat mate.
