I've seen this question asked a thousand times in many forums.

I do not feel confident enough to do one yet, but could anyone post an easy to follow guide on how to convert from NTSC to PAL (and viceversa)???

    It's a recurrent topic and I think it'd be a good idea...

Anyone to pick up the challenge?

I don't really think you need a guide for this 'cos quite a few programs (e.g. DVDSanta, Nero) let you choose between pal/ntsc before encoding. So if you have e.g. a pal movie, just convert it into any popular video format (e.g. mpeg, avi), then use the said programs to encode (change to ntsc at the same time) and burn again. Pretty simple.

It would be if you never got audio out of sync. I don't want to rehash
PAL TO NTSC here since there are several healthy threads already. :)

Well, I sometimes get the sync. problem too, but not in this kind of job.
