anyone used dvd backup express?

    i found this program and it is [bold]freeware[/bold]. so i was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it's worth my time to give it a try.

    never tried it, but I will go ahead and bet that DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink will produce a better movie. And they are [bold]freeware[/bold] too.

    decrypter and shrink are basically the only ones i use and have been happy w/ them. thought i might try another free one for the heck of it just to see how it compares. i ran across the first dvd that either one would not decrypt recently. dvd43free running in the background didn't help either. maybe this program will do the trick. if not, nothing lost but a few minutes of my time :)

    it was the bonus disc w/ the indy jones trilogy. no problems w/ the 3 movies, though.

    strange. I used DVD X Copy on that one and didn't have a problem. No crazy encryption on that one.

    i forgot about dvdxcopy. i have a copy of that and tried it once but it messed w/ my codecs so i just uninstalled it. i guess i could install it again just for this disc and then uninstall it again.

    It has been known to cause many software conflicts.
