hi, i have quite a powerful system and need something thats faster than tmpgenc or same speed which dosent have the problems with xvid and divx codecs that im getting when i want to convert a file. i use EO Video but it dosent seem to take up the processor power like tmpgenc so its slower. any idea what i could use?
Cinema Craft encoder...It can be found on the net if you look ..it retail for about $2000 US, and is In my Opinion the best Quality Mpeg2 encoder this is and the Fastest encoder there is, But it is Difficult to use Cuz you basicly have to know how to Frameserve with AVISynth or V-Dub or you will not be able to use it for Makeing SVCD"s, and you can"t use it for VCD"s .well you can but the Mpeg1 encodeing is not very good....
not much good to me then coz iwant vcd's primarily as svcd format is being phased out on house dvd players now and i know why they are keeping vcd on because some digi cams and their software can create vcd. i know how to set the ratio's bit rates sizes and audio frequencies etc, for vcd tho. yeah i know svcd is better but preffer vcd coz of what i said above.
