I have vigorously been searching the internet for a couple of weeks now of why my BRAND NEW freak'n flash drive will not work.

I have a Apacer Handy Steno HT203 4GB 200X USB Flash Drive which worked for about 3 days and all of the sudden took a dump....
I no longer could access my files and gave me some corruption error and would not let me delete any files, so I decided I would nuke it and start over, well this seemed to have worked but only once...after that I was no longer able to access the flash drive period.

I sent the flash drive back to the company I bought it from and I got a replacement, I now have the same issue and I can no longer access the flash drive, I get a "Please insert a disk into drive S:." It does no show up in the Disk Management and I cannot formatt thhe flash drive, I have also tried to access the flash drive on other computers but to no avail.

    Any help would greatly appreciated!!
