Go here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 download Ewido. Then here http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/download Spybot. Install and update both. Also make sure AVG is up-to-date. Restart in safe mode (press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode" from menu). Run AVG, then Spybot, then Ewdio. Restart in normal mode. Run another BitDefender Scan. Post that log along with an Ewido log and a HijackThis log. Not going to say what to delete yet. We'll see what those rid.

check this out, this is weird, first let me give a long winded version.i've burned a lot of dvd's,(500 or so)used over a dozen programs, decrypter, shrink, fab, clone, 1-click, dvd43, any-dvd,x-copy ect.....,and have had my fair share of problems(to be expected). wore out the drive that came w/ the computer....bought a new one. had good results originally. now!!!my drive won't recognize alot of "newer" releases. Older ones and back-up copies work fine. some "newer" ones won't even play! every other app. on my computer works ok. only dvd apps are affected, reading/playing/burning. it's like i'm trying to play a record in my dvd drive. it just won't recognize that there's a dvd in the drive. nothing from any-dvd,1-click,power dvd,to windows media player, can read the dvd! at least a newer one w/newer copy protection.once the copy protection is removed, they play/burn fine. ever heard of anything like this before.
has anyone ever pondered wether sony has any type of "root-kit" on it's ARccOS protected dvd's, like it does on some of it's cd's? sound like the ramblings of a paranoid man? heh...heh...heh! if you think you can shed any light on this subject, check out my post in "one-click transcoding tools".or just give me a heads up here. thanks 1,000,000 in advance, narcismo
