appcompat.txt error

    Everytime i try to play a dvd in my pc it gives me this error,and wont play my films and shuts down the program trying to play it.I have Powerdvd and media player 10.They used to work before but i havent tried them in my pc for ages,and now no film will play.Can anyone help me?Cheers if you can help!

    application compatibility?

    sounds like thats what it means

    uninstall media player & power DVD - reboot, install codecs, reboot - reinstall powerDVD

    then see
