apple itouch warrenty quesion

    hello everyone,
    i just got an ipod touch 3g and was looking over the standard warranty for it. but i am just wondering if anyone knows if i have to send it in for a replacement battery under warranty would they just give me a new or refurbished ipod or would they actually replace the battery?
