Apple to announce new laptops this Tuesday!

    The rumors were true folks. Apple is staging an invitation-only Town Hall event in Cupertino this Tuesday, October 14th at 10AM PDT.

    Does anyone else like the new macbooks? I'm sorry, but I think they look terrible. I like the old style macbooks with the silver/chrome whatever look. It just looked very clean and crisp. I just cringe looking at the contrast of the black on the same silver. Specs wise I think it looks good, but the visual aspect? Not near the same quality.

    I love the new Unibody MacBooks and MacBook Pros. They look better in person. Performance wise my new Unibody Pro is much better than my early 2007 Pro. It runs much cooler. The new machines fell very sturdy and durable too.
