application error - graphic card drivers ?

    downloaded what i think are the latest drivers for ati 9800 pro radeon card but since i have i get application error Cli.exe the application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). click ok to trminate the application is this the drivers i've downloaded or something else.

    Did you download the Catalyst 5.10's from ATI's site? Did you uninstall the previous drivers prior to installing the new ones?

    could be i havn't downloaded catalyst 5.10 think I fully uninstalled the drivers
