so my cpu is maxing out and when i open windows task manager the only application running is himem.my computer runs very slow when this app is running.when i close the app everything is normal again.cpu usage goes way down and the computer works like it did when new.i am running windows xp home.anybody know what this app is?i deleted it to the recycle bin and everything seems to work fine.
