Apply copyright protection for dvd's

    Hi, I've read the discussion regarding copyright protection for cd's that was posted previously. My question is, can it be done with dvd's ???

    Thanks for your reply. Can this software be used to prevent copying of DVD's while still allowing it to work in a normal DVD player ???

    No this is more for data.
    For encrypting Movies that will play on a standard stand-alone player,
    Your only choices are Rip-guard and CSS protection,
    However they are easily foiled by AnyDVD and a few select
    other programs,
    Meaning you would pay a fair price for the encyption which IS
    bypassable.

    Whereas the cryptainer IS not,
    But the only way the content could be viewed would be on
    a PC not on a standard DVD player.
