Arcade games.

    Hey, I was wondering if I download arcade games on my xbox live account, could someone else play them on their account?

    Are the arcade games locked to that specific account?

    The games are locked to that console. If you ever need to migrate the ownership of the games to another 360 you can only do this once every year IIRC.

    The games are stored to the HDD but the actual "key" is in the console.
