Are any of these dvd-r media brands compatible?

I have newly modded my Cube using a DUO Q, and I have tried Play0 +R and -R (4.7gb 8X) with no luck. But I would love to know someone who has. I have been searching around for a 'best media' list. Any links or ideas?

Hi, thanks. I found that one earlier, however, there are no entries for the Play0 (or PlayO?) media we are mentioning (which is my main Xbox media, and they work flawless on all my DVD players too).

NOTE on the compat list:
The list seems skewed a bit. Some people write things like "Tweeked resistance value of 10 ohms". These guys have nothing better to do, I guess. IDEA: It would be nice if they had some sort of email authentication for login ids. This may prevent *some* of these issues (it seems people are more honest when they have to do auth to gain an ID, even if it is only email).

ProDisk & PlayO are cheap media!

 

Yes, it seems this way (but all packs have worked great for Xbox, perhaps I am just lucky with that). What disks do you personaly use? I hear just about everyone here uses Ritek g04 (for gamecube backups).

 

Anyone successfully used Sony Accucore discs for backup? Media Code: TYG03.
