are the cpus from IBuyPower any good?

    You mean the CPUs? Ibuypower PCs are actually built for gaming so they're more worth the money than other brands, but some of the components they use are pretty low quality so on the whole they're not usually worth dealing with.

    is there a site like Ibuypower that allows you to custimize your pc that uses good parts?

    If you find one at an even slightly competitive price, you let me know. As far as I know, they don't exist.
