I played COD4 for about 30 minutes and i thought my temps were a bit high:

This is my first Quad core system, so idk if quads just run hotter than Duos or if something is going wrong. Im more concerned about the 90*C on the GPU. That seems really really high. Is this also normal or should i look into this?

The GPU is a little hot, but within spec. The CPU is a bit warm, but not too hot. It looks like you are closing the game, then starting CPUID. You might see higher temps if you start CPUID, then the game. Play the game hard for about 20 minutes, then press ATL+TAB and you will see actual temps under full load.

No, i started CPUID after i booted, then started playing. The starting temp seemed a little high, but i think my temp sensor is screwed up, my fans are acting oddly.
Dell is replacing the whole heatsink/fan/temp assembly though, so ill check again after that.

The cpu is a little warm but try and keep it below 60 and your gpu looks really warm you are gonna need some air through your case. My 8800 gtx use to run at 70oc under load. If you want the card to last longer try and keep it cool.
