Armageddon (2001 Edition Double Disc)

    Greetings all - this is my first post.

    I tried last night to back-up my Armageddon (Bruce Willis)disc 1 using DVD Decrypter and Clonedvd2. (I have backed up all my other 50 or so films using this method with no problems at all). However when I Copy Entire Disc in Clonedvd (after a straight rip in decrypter with no problems) it says the disc is protected and can't continue. This is the first time I have come across such a message. Is there any way of changing this / ripping it differently etc. Any help would be much appreciated.

    you could try AnyDVD, it has never failed me. It's available from here and has a 21-day free trial. It's a driver-based decrypter, which means you won't have to rip any movies with DVD Decrypter, you can just rip it with CloneDVD2 as if there was no encryption at all.

    Thanks Squizzle - it worked just fine - had never used anydvd before as i had never needed to! good stuff and many tjanks for the help
