hi im a complete novice and need some help updating / downloading my box i have never done it before and would like some help in letting me know how to do it myself, as taking it to be done turns out to be a right chore and costs me a fortune, does anyone know how to do it and can tell me what programms i need etc... i would appreceiate any help small or large / bits and bobs any info to get me started would be great many thanks in advance mark
right when i had a kryptview I updated by obviously get the loader and latest firmware for the krypt 1. factory resetting the box so it displays 0000 on the display 2. with the power off connect the krypt to your pc by the rs32 cable 3. switch on by the plug 4. double click the kryptview loader and load the kryptview 28/11/08 firmware and press start on the loader(have your remote to hand) and press red ,red and then the stand by button. You should be on your way. When the firmwares flashed successfully rescan channels then let the box update.
