aspect ratio

does anyone know of a easy program that lets you say, make a widescreen into a full one?

for mpeg use divxtodvd load both at same time!

 

thanks Rotary, i tried but still no luck...i used the 4:3 full screen under tv screen and its still the same.
hmmm

 

maybe im doin something wrong
