Download a copy of your laptop manual, find out where the BIOS (CMOS) battery is, and pull it out for 5 minutes, reinsert, and that should reset your BIOS completely*. If you mean your Windows password, just google "lost Windows password"; there are a number of free utilities that will help you. *Note: This will involve opening up your laptop, which is NOT generally a trivial or easy task, and certainly voids your warranty.
