    Oh I am so glad it worked for you.

    The razr cannot be unlocked remotely. You will have to contact the service provider to get that phone unlocked or send it to a professional to get it unlocked, or do it yourself with a cable and some software. I am sure someone in the motorola forum can help you with that.
