just got NEROv7 and am just trying to figure out how to use. after finishing editing i go to burn and it pops up a message, "not enough space in specified temporary file". i changed the temp file. no help. the temp file is empty. why is there not enough room? how to create room? what to do?

How much free space do you have on your HDD? It seems that you might not have enough, you need at least 5 GB free,, maybe even more.

On your desktop, double click on the icon that says "My Computer". The window that opens will list your Hard Disk Drive(s)( normally named Local Disk(C:)). Next to it it will display the "Total Size" and "Free Space".

If you can, absolutely! Save everything you can on Cd or DVD, delete everything you don't need. Otherwise, hit the store, get a bigger drive:~)! There is no way around it!

Just out of curiosity...How much RAM moemory does your computer have?
On the same icon, "My Computer", right click it, then go down to "Properties" . There you should have listed how much RAM memory you have.

    Well...:(,
"Minimum" recommended is about 500MB. There are some people that successfully burn with about how much you have, if you are lucky, it might work. You should consider getting another stick, at least another 256MB. When you try to burn again, make sure you don't have anything else running, no internet, no antivirus...You have very little RAM memory.

What burner do you have? Is your firmware up to date? What brand DVDs are you using to burn onto?
