    Hello

I was hoping somebody could give me some direction. I was recording a talkshow on the radio and was using Audacity and everything was going great. I was editing it (mainly just deleting commercials) and then it froze and closed on me.

When I re-opened the program it told me that I could manually recover all of the temporary files and that audacity could not do it for me. Well I have a folder with about 7000+ temp audio files that I would like to make into one track without spending a whole bunch of time, is there any semi-easy way to do this, or do I have to open them one by one and combine them that way?

How would I go about combining multiple audio files into one track?

Thank you very much in advance for any tips you can give me

I don't know about automatically joining them, but the only thing I could think of is to note the date of the files to determin which of those 7000 apply to the last job you were using Audacity for
