I have recently just got a Audigy LS sound card, I cant find any settings in which to get the card to use the rear speakers on my 5.1. This problems occurs with Quake 3 and Winamp and DVD playing software, even though on the sound check you can hear them, I would be grateful of anyway to fix this problem.

    Thanks

    LOL
Sorted it, all you need to do is enable CMSS 3D in Creative Control Panel, and move the sliders so it evens out rear and front speakers. ;) Player Live automatically does this.

    Thanks Anyways.

Excellent, I'd been trying to find an answer on this and your thread came up on Google. I had the same problem with Audigy ZS and my rear left/rear right producing no volume. I figured it had to do with different player plugins for 5.1 surround, since the test voice on Speaker Settings rang clear.

No more mucking around with that! Issue resolved!
