What speed are you burning at?
What media are you using? (Make of disk)
Are you running anything else whilst encoding/trascoding/ripping/burning? (Doing any of it)
What version of Nero do you have?
What type of problems do you encounter... Skipping video/dodgy auido or a combo of both?

Go to Help in Nero and then About. Tell me your exact version number.

Also, drop that media, I can't imagine it is any good. Use Verbatim or Sony.

Well change your media, that is probably a contributing factor.

And also, i know it is Nero 6! I need a number like 6.6.0.14 or 6.6.0.18
    etc etc!!

    Communication is pretty quick yeah..

    Anyway, run these update packages.
    Package 1:
    ftp://ftp1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe
    Package 2:
    ftp://ftp.nero.com/NVE-3.1.0.25_no_yt.exe

Just update your Nero with those.

Also, what model is your drive? I need a number not just brand.
