I have some football games I am trying to put on DVD but they have no audio. So I am trying to just use some MP3 files and add them to the video with Nero Vision. I add the files ok... but when previewing the DVD... the audio has some crackling sounds. I burned the DVD just to make sure it wasn't my PC speakers. Any ideas? Any other info I need to share? (This is my first time for asking help so not sure what all I need).
What file type is the video that you are converting with Nero? Avi? You could try adding the audio and muxing it with VirtualDubMod and then proceed with Nero Vision to see if there is a difference. VDM ~ http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/ Open VDM, then open your avi, then go to streams/streamlist/add your MP3. An easier program to negotiate is AVI-MUX GUI, but I'm not sure how it works with joining video and audio...I'm sure it's worth a try though. What I did was I have a DVD Recorder/VCR so it was already in DVD form... and I inputted the game via DV and made the DVD that way. Then I used DVD Fab to make a copy of the game without the audio... then I used Nero Vision to make a movie with the file that was made (and added the audio MP3). I will try what you said... just seems like there is too many extra steps for what I wanna do lol. Good thing is... once I make the first DVD I will make copies of that one (I make copies for the kids)
i think this is a recurring nero problem. I am a wedding videographer. when I burn weddings in Nero.. all of a sudden audio skips... where there are no audio skips on the footage.
