Audio description on starview 2 "the Box"

Can any 1 tell me how to turn off audio descriptions on all channels on the starview 2 "the Box" ?
I have tried and searched the forums and have found very little that has helped. I have them on e4, e4+1 the movie channels etc. starting to do my head in

Could some one please let me know how to do this?

Yes, when on problem channel, press the audio button and select the other option.
