I cannot find a thread dealing with my problem so hope its OK to start this one. Although relatively new to burning downloaded video clips to dvd disk I have sucessfully done quite a few now. I'm using NeroVision 5. I have a TV video clip in Windows Media (TM) Movie format that when burnt to disk loses the audio 1/3rd to 1/2way into the video. Yet in the preview window, just prior to burning, the sound is there from beginning to end. Assistance in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
Thank you for your response. I have played the dvd through the computer using Nero Show Time and it does exactly the same thing i.e. loses the audio about 1/3rd of the way into the video. It won't play in Windows Media and in Real Player no picture appears but the sound plays 1/3rd of the way in. Not sure what you mean by a 'second set top player' but it does the same in my two dvd players linked to TV's. On another thread relating to no audio with slide show the following message appeared: "Just an FYI... Nero came out with a new update for Nero 8 that resolved the same issue for me. Version 8.3.6.0 and is 188 MB download: http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero8-update.php" ... just wondering if this is part of my problem?
