One way you could try it is ask somebody to create an audio file for the movie you have and ask them to host it on a torrent site or something of that nature.
I wouldn't count on it. There are not really any sites that specialize in that type of thing. Your best bet is to find someone who actually has the movie you're looking for and see if they have the language you want. Then you should ask them if they can give you a copy of it in a format that you can use for your movie.
