I have posted in the audio forum a similare question please let me know if this is a problem.

I am looking for the right options needed to burn an mp3 or audio cd that would include the artist name and song title when played. I have tried different combinations, but when I try the disc in other cd player, or computers, the song title just says track 1 or 2 etc. Can you help out please?

    I have Nero 6 ultra
my burners are LiteOn L52327S and Lite-On 832s
    OS is XP sp2

Not all players can read text on a CD -- ! You can burn text on the CD/DVD all you want ! It's the player that has to be able to read it !

Some players do -- others dont !

Yeah I know, but it did it in the past. The drives I am using are Sony CD-RW CRX185E3, LiteOn L52327S, Lite-On 832s.

In step 8 --- If you are creating an Audio Cd with Cd TEXT feature you must choose Disk-at-Once write method.

I'll try it again and post a response after I get off of work.

If you want to test to see that your software did put text on the CD you wrote , download JetAudio , a free player, converter, ripper, broadcaster...... and more !

ok this is an old thread but I just got back for it. I changed options on the burn and did it as a data disc and tried it both as disc at once and track at once. Both came out the same. The song info is listed but niether will play in a cd play outside of a computer. I know it's because of the data format. If I use music plus data do you think it'll work?
