Okay, here's the deal. I made a slideshow with NeroVision Express 3 SE. Whenever I burn it to DVD my audio is out of sync by about 2 seconds or so. On my computer it's fine, it only does this when burned. The exact version I'm using is: 3.0.1.14 The only way I can think of to fix this is to burn it, rip it to .AVI or something else, resync the audio, reburn it. Oh and it only does this for my slideshow. Vanilla .AVI's have no problems. So I'm guessing the problem is in the rendering-for-DVD part. What I'd like to know is: 1) Anyone know how to fix this in a way simpler than my idea? 2) If not, anyone have suggestions for programs to use for ripping and re-syncing? My main concern is quality loss with that idea. Any help is much appreciated, as is speedy replies. I have to get 20 of these things burned and ready to go by Sunday. Thanks, David
Does the audio stay out of sync the exact same amount all the way through or does it get worse as you get farther into the video? If it is exactly 2 seconds, perhaps check how you ripped the audio or whatever, as far as the settings for removing space between tracks or silence or something of that nature. You might also try another audio encoding setting when you burn to see if it helps.
