audio out of sync

    hey everybody, on my movie it is out by about 2.5
    frames (100ms)and I was just wondering how I could get it back in sync. I know its easy...just dont know how :/ I have virtual dub and nandub if that helps.

    What format is your file in? Avi?

    I'm having the same problem with a and avi file iburned on VCD

    Use Tmpgenc+ and hit the source range button. Under here you can advance or retard the audio with the video, so it matches up. This will only work however if your sync is out the same all the way through the movie.
