audio out of sync

    hi i have been converting dvd to disc from avi files downloaded from torrent site. always been ok but last tried audio was out of sync with film, when converted with winavi to dvd audio ok but when try to burn to disc with nero, disc audio out of sync have tried diffrent discs, any surgestion welcome thanks

    thanks for help but just tried again converting avi to dvd and this is out of sync before i try to burn to disc

    Try DVD Flick for the conversion.
    You can optionally burn the DVD, but before burning, test the output folder for sync.

    There is also a possibility that the source audio (which is often VBR - Variable Bit Rate) is causing the problem.
    In that case, converting the audio to CBR (Constant Bit Rate) using a different program before conversion will help.

    took your advise and used dvdflick worked great video and audio in sync thanks for your help much apprecated
