Sorry if this is repeated,I downloaded a movie and the sound is not in sync with the actors mouths,is there any software that will correct this before it is burned to a DvD,I can use AVL to fix the lip sync if i watch the movie on the computer and that fine . I have tried using a converter to address this but it didnt work any ideas would be appreciated Thanks lads
This assumes the async is constant. A software player like VLC or MPC will adjust and show the required skew. If it's an AVI file, open it with VirtualDub. Click 'Video' > Direct Stream Copy'. Click 'Audio' > 'Interleaving' and set the skew (plus or minus) in milliseconds. Play it back in VirtualDub to see if it's now in sync. Click 'File' > 'Save as AVI'.
I tried to download both of those programs and IE was shut down by DEP, said site was trying to run malicious .exe. Is it safe to use these VLC or MPC?
I googled these programs and attempted a download from another site and was able to download them, it makes me think that this site is trying to and something to the download. I should mention that the same thing happened when I tried to DL VirtualDub from the link on afterdawn's site but it worked fine when DLed from another site. WHAT gives?????
