Hi, I'm new here, so I hope I've chosen the right forum. I have a Proluxe DVD, given to us by a power company as a marketing reward. Never heard of the brand before. There seems to be an audio problem with some DVDs. The background sound, incl music, voices etc plays, but the main spoken soundtrack is very faint. If I turn the volume high enough to hear the dialogue, the background sound blows us out of the room. It doesn't happen with every DVD, only some of them. Any ideas on the cause and the cure??? Thanks
