I followed the DVD to DIVX guide for ripping my DVD. I finished the firstpass secondpass with virtualdub. Then i went to open the second pass with divx player and it plays and the audio syncs up and everything... until i try to fastforward it. The audio goes back to the beginning and starts there while the video doesn't let me move foward and jumps back to where it was before. If i move the video back, it will go back and play from there but the audio still starts from the beginning again. Does anyone have any idea as to how to fix this. Well, I don't know if this is a solution but i played the .avi with Windows Media Player and it worked fine there. I still don't know how to get it to work right with DIVX player tho.

Sometimes when the audio gets off all ya need to do is pause it for a sec and then play and its all good.
Hi, I have a similar problem when trying to payback some divxs. I have been using Flaskmpeg to make the Divxs and Whisset media player to view them. When playing them back the audio and video appear to be in sync but when I fast forward the audio gets about 5 secs behind the video. I hope someone knows how to fix this problem, I think it may have something to do with the way flask is setup.
