So i have been converting some of my mpeg , avi , and divx video files onto dvd . Some of the files , after being converted and burned , hav about a 6 secong audio problem ( the audio is 6 secs faster than the video ) .. I have tried experimenting with diff brands of media , and also tried diff rec speeds , but i am still having this problem . Does any one here have any ideas please ??? I am using a Pioneer dv100 with the ulead software that came with it ,on a P4 1.6 with 512mb ( decent machine ) , so i dont think my machine has anything to do with this problem ..
When did this happen, after converting to dvd compliant format, or after the final burning? And what programs did you use for these two steps?
The program im using is ulead that came with my Pioneer dvd-r . It converts , and burns in one step .. And it is after the finished product that i find the audio is messed up !! It dosnt do it all the time though
In that case, you may first try convert with e.g. VSO (free version) to see if you have better results: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/vso_divxtodvd_free.cfm Good luck!
