a few years ago i filmed a wedding, on a hi fi 8 tape video camera, during the speeches used a microphone radio controlled and during the speeches people held a microphone it didnt amplify the sound over speakers but made it crystal clear to my head piece and came out very well on the tape but one person refused to speak into the mic at the time and his specch was very low u could barely hear it but its there

what i want to know is there anyway of increasing the sound of that part of his speech well its 17 years later any clues

First your title is not descriptive enough for the rules.

If that voice was on a seperate track you could boost the gain on just that track.
