hello... I've been using p2kman to transfer files to my phone and was told in a previous forum http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/181775 that to get the ringtones to work I had to delete the two .db files created when uploading mp3's and that I should use P2ktools and use muteall so I can access my audio settings... being the lazy person I am I just master reset my phone and that would let me get back into my audio settings ... but now the problem is that after I delete the two .db files they just keep on coming back and I cannot get my phone to work properly. suggestions?

you didnt have to delete the two .db files to make your ringtones work. You only have to delete them if you cant get into the ringtone detail menu. You should put your phone on silent mode and all silent mode in p2ktools before you delete default ringtones or add. If that doesnt work then master reset is needed. If neither =( then use PST and go to New>features>then read the phone and set all the volume settings to 0(silent). After you set everything to silent, write it to the phone and then restart it and it should let you in the detail menu.

where do I get 'p2ktools' and 'pst'? all I have is 'p2kman.exe' the p2k file manager... (master reset does not fix the problem)
