Audio sound device gone

    I noticed yesterday my audio device is gone and no sound on my PC . I may have accidentally removed it when in task manager I removed some of the wrong stuff when trying to remove something virus related . Any suggestions how to fix this ? Maybe I should stick in my dell disc and install the drivers .

    Yes it looks like you have to re-install the sound drivers.You can also try and go to control panel and select add hardware.Then follow the instructions on the hardware wizard.
