I'm trying to convert a move (The Mothman Prophecies) to MPG using vDUB 1.6.3, in the process I also add .SRT SUBs to my piece.

the movie is 23.976fps, when I add my SUBs vDUB delays them, I don't know why. So I thought I'd change the frame rate to 25, and I worked, the SUBs mathced the video. But, the audio still wont match.
Usually when the SUBs match from the start, I simply cut the sound into .WAV and compress the video to XviD/DivX and TMPGenc match them to .MPG but this time, when I changed frame rate to 25 TMPGenc wont help, sound in my .MPG file still wont match. For those who know what I mean they probably understand why audio wont match the new frame rate.

Guys, please help me, I really need your help! What should I do?

If you change the framerate from 23.976 to 25, then you need to speed up the audio to match. Probably better just to change the subs.

So you are using ffdshow or what for encoding? Really wouldn't recommend VDub for mpg encoding.
