I ripped and created a mpeg2 file. When I watch the file(mpeg2) on the computer, the sound and video are in sync. When I burn the DVD and play it in a stand-alone, that 's when the audio and video get out of sync. I created the mpeg2 using VBR 6000-9000 bit rate, NTSC, interlaced, filed order A, DCT=10. I used (bit viewer) to get these settings. I burned the DVD using Ulead DVD movie factory. I have burned DVD's before without this problem. Please help
I have same problem. It appears this is a known problem in Movie factory which I am told they are working on...patience it seems
