    I have videos i want to edit but i don't know what is the best video and audio bitrate to use. For example: For mp3 the standard audio bitrate is 128 kbps. I was just wondering in regarding video and audio together what is the standard for mpeg, avi, flv files?

    - Video Bitrate [kbps]
    - Audio Bitrate [kbps]


    2. What is the actual best quality without having the size go too high?

    3. What is the best set resolution for mpeg, avi and flv files?


    The program i sue which is called AoA DVD Ripper has a highest resolution of 1920by1072.

    Which resolution would be best along with the audio and video bitrate quality?
