    Hi there,

I have a bunch of videos, that I wanted to put on dvd. Until now there where no problems whatsoever, just put the vhs in start recording and I got mpeg-2 files of about 1.5 - 2 GB and I burned 2 movies on one dvd-5 disc. Perfect.

Now I get the same mpeg-2 files and when I watch them on my computer they are in sync, but when I use "TMPGEnc DVD Autor" and make vob files then they are out of sync. Never happened before. What is the problem? My capture card is called "Monster TV" and the software is Japanese. I'm not very confident about the settings. May be there is something wrong.

How can I put it back in sync?
    Any idea?

    One more thing.

When I am capturing a movie and my computer gets busy for some reason. Harddrive is running, internet surfing, other apps running, ...

Could that cause some sync problems?

I have 1.25 GB RAM. I thing that is enough but maybe there is still a problem.

Most likely your computer is trying to do too much at one time.
