Just burned my first DVD using NeroVision Express 2 version 2.1.2.18 that was packaged in with the burner I bought. After a little practice I burned a nice DVD. Upon playback though, depending on the player, I didn't always get audio. No audio on Windows Media Player. No audio on RealPlayer. I did get audio on CyberLink Power DVD and on my stand alone living room DVD player. What gives? Is there a setting I didn't set? An update I need. If not for this "minor" problem the program worked great.
Run your AVI files through "K-Lite Codec Pack" in prior to proceed with your AVI to DVD project with Nero Vision. Go here http://www.k-litecodecpack.com/ - ther should be a settings under "configuration" to tweak and fix any audio codec issues. Good luck!!
