I have 6 Episodes from my friend that are .AVI's

The Videos are All Like this...

    320 X 240 Video Frame Size

    128 kbps for the Sound...

What to do next I found a couple video authoring programs but I am confused on how I can put these 6 episodes onto One DVD-R without losing quality of the video...

The program won't let me add these vidz...

    Da Ali G Show - S01E01 - Law.avi
    Da Ali G Show - S01E02 - War.avi
    Da Ali G Show - S01E03 - Politics.avi
    Da Ali G Show - S01E04 - Art.avi
    Da Ali G Show - S01E05 - Science.avi
    Da Ali G Show - S01E06 - Belief.avi

A Popup menu keeps coming up stating WARNING!!! No Commands can be in the Avi or something like that...

I tried changing the names of the Vidz but I kept getting the same error messages...WHY??

Please Help me Make this work...I Tried NeroVision and it didn't work...TMPEnc Plus Freezes on me when I try to Set Start Frame and End Frame...

    ---OR---

You could try TMPGEnc 5 in 1 and convert to mpg and then add them all together using menus and the such....

'e' me if you want some help...

    Well my problem is this...

    I have about 6 Episodes of Ali G Season 2 they are ALL 320 x 280 I believe...

The sound is 128kbps and they are ALL PERFECT Quality videos directly ripped off of my friends DVD...He gave me these 6 AVI files before he took off to Oregon so I am trying to place them ALL on a DVD-R without ANY Loss of Quality or Sound....

Please HELP...I LOVe the Way ConvertXtoDVD works its a Great Program, but After i made the DVD with it the Quality seems Blurry...

So I want to be able to put the 6 Episodes on a DVD-R and play it in my DVD Player with No Loss of Quality...

How do I do this?? TMPGEnc gives me problems when I use it even with the Walkthrough...Nerovision Never WORKS...AVi2DVD doesn't work for me...So What can I use??

ConvertXtoDVD is my Favorite so far but it seems like I had loss of quality...I like how it is just a few step process...Open ConvertXtoCopy, Then Add your Videos you want to burn on your DVD-R, and Click Convert...3 hours later...BAm!! It's done, but quality is blurry, but sound is fine

hmmm, you want high quality....but multi eps on same dvd-5? Do you want Episode Index(menu too)?? First off, the frame size is not DVD complient..it's been reduced for play on computer monitors and probably compressed to mpeg-4 (divx, etc) this could be the blurr problem you're seeing...the encoder doesn't have enough data to "blow up" the frame to 720x480. The audio quality at 128 kbps can't be all that great either (dolby usually runs at 448 kbps & DTS at 700+ kbps. First off, I'd use G-Spot or Premiere Pro to check the specs(properties of the .avi's) Premiere will also tell you if there are any special comments in the header. Then working the problem backward: Final Step: DVD-Rebuilder(with CCE) to compress the Video Title Set(VTS) to DVD-5, Middle step: DVD-Lab Pro( to build quality DVD with multi Movies. First step: TmpgPlus- Encode the AVI, converting framesize, frame rates, cropping, demuxing audio...VirtualDubMod will come in handy for checking to see if that audio is .mp3 VbR<-if so, convert it to CBR PCM or Mpeg audio....and use a good quality audio editor to resample to higher quality at least 228 kbps( for 2 channel stereo) I'd recommend Adobe Audition for that.
