First I want to let everyone know that I think that Authoring is the area that im having. I have the program DivxToDVD, and I have the program DVD Shrink, now i need a EASY to use program to create the menu's, wishfuly one that can be free.
I think IFOEdit can create menus and it is free, but it is not user friendly. Something like Nero Vision Express will be easy. You can also try out DVDlab pro for 30 days and if you have a hard time making menus there, you can also try DVD Menu Studio to export the menus to DVDlab pro.
Well i have the version of Nero that came with my burner, but it doesnt like the files that i want to burn, nor does it support DVD type files on burning. I tried dvd studio, but im still VERY new to the whole creating dvd, let alone menus from scratch. with divxToDVD, i can burn any file i want and it does the converting, but just no menu. i didnt know if there was a program with the simpisity of the Nero Vision Express method on menu creating.
You may want to look into dvdauthor/GUI for dvdauthor. I haven't used it myself, and I have no idea how easy it is, but it's a free alternative you can try. You can find a link for it in the FAQ I started today.
