    is used for softmodded xbox

    EvoX Slayer Auto Installer
    is used for hardmodded xbox

neither discs will run off the standard ms dash. your xbox will not let you run unsigned code. since both discs are copies, your xbox will not let you boot from then. if you want to boot such discs, you need to hardmod it (chip) or do a tsop flash.

in your case, you need to do a softmod first. after a softmod, the dashboard of your choice (evox, unleash, xbmc etc.) will let you run unsigned code and copies. so after a softmod you are able to run any copy from the modified dashboard of your choice.

look at the hotswap tutorial, you can use that to softmod your xbox. no need for the original game to softmod and memorycard then

if you can boot a copy directly from the xbox's startup, just put in a slayer disc. tell it to build/rebuild the c and install apps/upgrade apps on thee drive and it will copy all necessary files to your harddrive
